Simple Sunday - Quick & Easy Thank You
Happy Sunday stampin' friends! Are you falling in love with the Share What You Love suite? Here's another quick and easy idea!
I saw Sara Douglas do a neat technique, which I used for the thank you on this card. On a scrap of watercolor paper, I lightly brushed a wash of Tranquil Tide ink with an Aqua Painter, leaving a definite line. When it was dry, I stamped the thank you image on it (also in Tranquil Tide ink), then punched it out with the Tailored Tag punch. I love the extra little bit of color. This would be such an easy thing to do on several pieces of scrap watercolor paper...then when you need a quick tag, just stamp, punch and go!
I used a piece of Tape & Tear to adhere the Rich Razzleberry velvet ribbon to a piece of Share What You Love DSP, added a twist of metallic gold thread to the back of the thank you image and adhered it over the ribbon with a couple of Stampin' Dimensionals. Everything was then adhered to the Rich Razzleberry card base and finished off with a splattering of Wink of Stella.
